Typically we conduct an informal non-confidential discussion with Clients to determine their needs. As part of this initial process we also ensure that any consultancy provided by Menear Consulting Ltd will bring value to the Client.
CDA’s are then exchanged and a detailed programme of work is discussed and agreed together with deliverables and reimbursements.
Typically Clients are provided with regular reports throughout the consultation period. Detailed invoices are provided at monthly intervals.
